Admission Process

1. Registration

A. Application for admission must be made in the prescribed form available in the School Office and mustbe signed by the parent or guardian.
B. Cost of Application Form is Rs.300/

2. Aptitude Test/Interview:

Shortlisted applicants are called for an aptitude test on a notified date. Those successful in the test then attend an interview with the Principal or the Management Committee. Theadmission is strictly based on merit and seat availability.

3. Age limit for admission is as follows:

A. Pre KG – Must have completed 2 and a half years by 31st July
B. LKG – Must have completed 3 years by 31st July
C. UKG – Must have completed 4 years by 31st July
D. I Std – Must have completed 5 years by 31st July

4. Selection & Communication:

The final merit list is prepared as per the admission criteria, and selected candidates areinformed individually. Sibling applicants are given first priority for admission.

5. The following documents should be submitted along with the application form:

A. EMIS No from Previous School
B. Copy of the student’s birth certificate (original may be needed for verification).
C. Photocopy of Community Certificate
D. Photocopy of Aadhar Card
E. Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school for students joining above Pre KG

6. Admission Confirmation:

After selection, pay the required fees (registration and tuition as applicable) to confirm the seat. The registration fee is typically non refundable.
NB:
  • Admissions are purely merit based and follow seat availability.
  • All steps, including registration and documents, are managed directly by the school.
  • No agents are authorized to secure admission.
  • Admission dates, forms, and notifications are published on the official school website with specific instructions for each academic year.
 

WITHDRAWAL

1. A three days’ notice is to be given before the withdrawal of the student from the school
2. Notice of the withdrawal should be given in writing to the school office by the parent/guardian.
3. The application form for the T.C / School Leaving Certificate will be issued three daysafter receiving the notice of withdrawal.
4. No Transfer Certificate will be issued until all the dues are paid.

PROMOTION

1. The final assessment of a student for promotion shall be decided on her/his Annual Record based on the percentage of marks as given below for all the CLASSES.
  • A. 1st Terminal Examination – 15% of the performance score
  • B. 2nd Terminal Examination – 25% of the performance score
  • C. 3rd Terminal Examination – 60% of the performance score
  • D. Total – 100%
2. Absence from Class Evaluation / Terminal Examination shall be entirely at the risk of a total loss of performance score.
3. A student securing minimum 40% in the aggregate shall be declared eligible for taking up the next higher class course provided she/he obtains 35% or above in every subject except English and in English 40%.
4. No supplementary (compartment) examination will be given to any student of any class as the yearly performance is considered for the student’s promotion to the higher course of study.
5. Students who continue in the same class twice or repeat three times during their school career shall have to discontinue their studies in this school.
6. Promotion to the higher class is decided by a committee; hence their decision is final and will not be changed.
7. T.C. will be issued to a student who failed to secure a promotion to the next higher class.

DISMISSAL

Students shall be liable to dismissal from the school on any one of the following grounds:
 
1. In ability to follow classes in English.
2. Continuous lack of progress in studies and character.
3. Acts of indiscipline and insubordination.
4. Absence for more than ten days without prior permission.
5. Immoral acts like stealing, damaging the school property and its fame,
misbehaviour, any kind of public scandals, involvement in any kind of immoral acts.
6. Non-compliance with the rules and regulations of the school.
